Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Donations to our organization are voluntary and are considered final once the payment has been processed. However, in individual situations, we may consider a refund upon the donor's request.

1. When a Refund is Possible We may refund a donation if:

• the payment was made by mistake;

• a technical error occurred in the payment system;

• the donation was duplicated;

• an incorrect amount was charged.

2. What is NOT Subject to Refund We do not issue refunds if:

• the donor changed their mind about supporting the project;

• the funds have already been allocated to the project specified by the donor;

• the donation was anonymous and it is impossible to confirm the payer's data.

3. Refund Request Timeframe The request must be submitted within 14 days after the payment.

4. Refund Procedure

• The donor writes to support at: info@dimakayun.am

• The donor specifies the date, amount, and payment method.

• We confirm receipt of the request.

• We review the request within 5 working days.

• The refund is made using the same method as the original payment.

5. Donations for a Specific Project If the project has already begun utilizing the funds, a refund may not be possible.
