Transfers

When making a transfer through the website, you may be required to provide certain information related to the recipient of the financial support, including your credit card/financial information and contact details.

When you choose to remain anonymous, only your name is concealed from public activity channels, and not from the primary recipient of the transfers.

We automatically index it for you in a separate, dedicated profile where your contact details are registered. This information remains confidential to the public but is used by us for marketing purposes.

Credit Card

As mentioned above, Dimakayun Yerkir (Resilient Country) collects credit card information when you perform certain types of transactions that require payment. The credit card information collected by Dimakayun Yerkir undergoes a tokenization process carried out by our third-party service provider and is not stored directly by Dimakayun Yerkir. This information is used only to complete the transaction and to process any recurring or guaranteed minimum transfers to which you have agreed.

By choosing "monthly support," you give your consent for the amount you specified to be charged monthly from your designated bank account without your additional consent required for each charge.

This is considered a payment instruction provided by you to the bank servicing your account for the monthly collection of the specified amount from your account and its transfer to the bank account of the Dimakayun Yerkir Public Organization, which, in turn, will direct these funds toward achieving the goals set forth in the organization's development program.

1. Target Use of Funds Funds are directed to the project specified. Up to 10% may be allocated for administration (global practice).

2. Financial Transparency We publish:

monthly reports,
annual reports,
reports on specific projects.

3. If the Project Ends Remaining funds may be reallocated to projects with a similar purpose.

4. Communications By donating, you receive: receipts, project updates, announcements about new initiatives. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Obligations We guarantee:

transparency,
effective use of funds,
compliance of activities with the organization's charter (statute).
